Band Saws:

Our band saws cut very thick and heavy plates, as they are often used in tool making. With our saws, which are designed specifically for our products, we offer high cutting speeds, low tolerances and precise cutting performance.

All that up to 600 mm thickness on the vertical band and up to 1100 mm thickness at a Gantrysäge.

Homogenized Aluminium ingots of the alloy EN-AW5083 are sawed horizontally. This creates from an ingot our CST KuKplan, a raw sawn plate or a block of all sizes to customer specifications.
